Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Salesperson to join our team. The Service Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales of our service offerings, including IT consulting, managed services, support contracts, and other service-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Lucrative incentive Plan: Equivalent to three months salary can be earned through Variable Incentive policy in every quarterly disbursement cycle, depending on the results (Effectively opportunity of doubling of take-home compensation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for service offerings.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, project managers, and delivery teams, to develop comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services in the marketplace.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • BE / B Tech/ MCA/ Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling IT services.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including consulting, managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Thorough understanding of solutions & products offered by one or more OEMs listed below:
    AWS, Microsoft Azure, HPE, DELL, Palo Alto, CISCO, NUTANIX, RED HAT / LYNUX etc
