Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and support Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler environments
- Provide technical support for Citrix infrastructure issues
- Monitor and manage Citrix infrastructure performance, capacity and security
- Assist with Citrix user access and security management
- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix related issues
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix with other technologies
- Develop and maintain Citrix documentation and procedures
- Participate in Citrix upgrade and migration projects
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Citrix administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
