JOB DESCRIPTION:
- SCCM clean-up and implement best practices in Infosys infra prod environment
- Design, develop and test Autopilot with hybrid Azure AD joined solution and help Infosys move from MDT traditional way to Autopilot governance
- Design, develop and test GPO Analytics solution with pure Azure AD joined and help Infosys move from hybrid to Intune
- Deploying and managing SCCM agents to client systems, monitoring software updates/patch management advertisements.
- Creating complex custom-built reports utilizing Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
- monitoring server and client components, software deployments, software metering, and in-depth troubleshooting of any issues related to the SCCM infrastructure or functionalities.
- Windows enterprise setup including AD, MDT, SCCM, DHCP.
- Packaging of standard applications and deployment using SCCM
- Defining of Software patch management policies and deployment of patches.
- Configuration of features like Hardware/Software inventory, software metering, Asset intelligence.
- Level-2 troubleshooting for software distribution/update installation issues.
- Level -2 troubleshooting of system Centre Configuration Manager servers.
- Creation & Modification of custom collections based on the requirements.
- Proactive monitoring of the entire infrastructure deployed and raising the alarm or escalate in case of any issues / findings.
- Assist to get machines which are not present in SCCM and/or are in isolated network.
- Assist to perform patching, patch failures and SCCM client installation to achieve best possible compliance rate.
- SAM & SCCM Integration wherever possible for creating application/packaging/collection/integration.
