Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire top IT talent in line with the company’s hiring needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified IT candidates.
  • Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, technical communities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in care
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific IT staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports to track key recruitment performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
