Business Development – Direct Sales

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales person to join our team. The Service Sales person will be responsible for driving sales of our service offerings, including IT consulting, managed services, support contracts, and other service-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Lucrative incentive Plan: Equivalent to three months Salary can be earned through Variable Incentive policy in every quarterly disbursement cycle, depending on the results (Effectively opportunity of doubling of take home compensation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for service offerings.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, project managers, and delivery teams, to develop comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services in the marketplace.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling IT services.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including consulting, managed services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
