Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • 5+ years in sales majorly in IT managed services, Remote Infrastructure Managed services, NOC & SOC services, FMS services, Temp Staffing/ C2H/ IT Staff Augmentation.
  • Revitalized lost accounts and converted them into active customers for the Organization.
  • Experience of working across multiple industries like IT, Media, Pharma, FMCG, Logistics, Transportation, BFSI, Government, Automotive, etc.
  • Targeting potential clients, establishing relationships, drafting RFPs, submitting proposals, negotiating, and winning the business.
  • Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive-level decision-makers
  • New Customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with the existing customers as well.
  • Achieving sales targets alone would be responsible for end-to-end sales.
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure services such as FMS, Staff Augmentation Services, and C2H.
  • Experience in handling Corporate and enterprise accounts.
  • Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
  • The role, responsibilities, and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the company’s rapid growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5+ years
  • Experience in IT management services, Remote Infrastructure Managed services, NOC & SOC services,
  • FMS services, Temp Staffing/ C2H/ IT Staff Augmentation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
