Deliverables
- Take care of accounting support for AESC-I technology operations.
- Manage monthly Accruals and Re-accruals for the AESC-I Technologies.
- Manage IPLC payments, coordination with Asia Servicing vendor sites for AESC-I
- AII vendor payments processing for the tech materials and services.
- Initiating the PO process through PRF.
- Track deliveries of material ordered with vendors and Amex procurement.
- [Manage/Create/Provide basic inputs for Technology Budget.
- Provide required MIS/Status/Audit reporting as required.
