HR Operation Trainee

Job Description – Operations ( 0-1 yrs Exp)

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare offer letters for the selected candidates.
  • To do credential verification of the candidates.
  • To prepare candidate assessment sheet for approval.
  • To prepare and check all the essential papers of candidates from the HR department side before joining.
  • To undertake all the backend work related to recruitment like preparing MIS, Report generation, Resumes database maintenance, etc

Desired Profile:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Hands-on experience in MS Word & Excel
