Inside Sales Representative
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- You will deploy a mix of cold calling, emailing; and social selling techniques to access decision-makers.
- You will manage all prospective clients and opportunities in CRM.
- You will redefine outbound strategies and improve conversion rates across the SDR pipeline.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets, thereby maintaining healthy metrics and KPIs.
Candidates Qualification:
- Graduation Degree: BA/ BCA / B.SC / B.tech/ BBA
- Proficiency in MS Office: MS word, MS excel
