Inside Sales Representative

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • You will deploy a mix of cold calling, emailing; and social selling techniques to access decision-makers.
  • You will manage all prospective clients and opportunities in CRM.
  • You will redefine outbound strategies and improve conversion rates across the SDR pipeline.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets, thereby maintaining healthy metrics and KPIs.

Candidates Qualification:

  • Graduation Degree: BA/ BCA / B.SC / B.tech/ BBA
  • Proficiency in MS Office: MS word, MS excel
