Junior Engineer

Profile

  • Should have good communication skills
  • Ability to handle basic and some intermediate end-user questions on the following technologies: Microsoft
  • Office, MS Outlook, MS Lync, SharePoint, Wireless connectivity, basic hardware (Dell, Lenovo laptops), Network drive mappings, Windows 7 and XP.

Deliverables

  • Provide support to Desktops, Printers, and other peripherals, etc. either on the field or remotely with desktop support
  • On-site support, and support for Remote sites and work-from-home computing
  • Diagnosing, verifying, recording, and reporting downtime and providing immediate notification for all incidents
  • Diagnosing & troubleshooting virus problems that can be fixed using an antivirus tool deployed
  • Re-installation of the anti-virus packages corrupted or deleted by the users
  • Installation / Reinstallation of mail client software on users desktops/Laptops
  • Install / configure/update e-mail software at the client site.
  • Configuration of client’s PC
  • Day to day troubleshooting activities
  • Help in upgrading the version of the Mailing software
  • Onsite filed support –End user device h/w, and desktop software distribution
  • Reimage of Asset as per requirement
