Manager- Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, supporting decision-making and business planning.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient use of funds.
  • Monitor and assess financial risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
