Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Act as a primary technical resource for the sales team, engaging with prospective clients to understand their network security needs and challenges.
- Solution Design: Develop and present tailored Security solutions, including firewalls, MFA, SASE, SSE, EDR, XDR, and other security technologies, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions to showcase the value of our network security solutions.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
- Market Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and solution overviews.
- Training and Support: Assist in the training and enablement of the sales team on Security topics and solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT Security Technologies, with a strong background in Presales engineering or a related technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of networks and security concepts, technologies, and best practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and threat management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and other teams to achieve common goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in understanding and addressing customer needs, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
