Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, including but not limited to connectivity, performance, and security problems.
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Configure, install and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Collaborate with network administrators and other IT teams to design, implement, and maintain network systems.
- Perform network capacity planning and recommend enhancements or upgrades to meet future needs.
- Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Conduct regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network support and security.
