Network Support Engineer (L1)

Eligibility:

• Employees should be associated with PSPL for a minimum 1 year of experience
• Should have Good communication & presentation skills.
• Preferably worked on Server Environment
• Candidate should be willing to work on different projects at different locations.
• Knowledge of Monitoring and administration of Microsoft Exchange and /office 365.

Job Description:

• Monitoring and administration of Microsoft Exchange and /or Office 365
• Concept clear in Active Directory, 2008, 2012
• Conceptual knowledge of Virtualization : VMware
• Some knowledge of System center products or Azure
• Good learning skill
• Must be aware of NOC operation
• Comfortable to work in shifts and extended duration ( if required)
• Own conveyance
• Certification: MCSE or MCITP
