Job Description:

  1. Assisting the sales team to drive revenue by helping them to qualify accounts/ opportunities.
  2. Responding to RFP/RFI’s, preparing and delivering solution-based product presentations
  3. Delivering proof of concepts that meet customer business requirements.
  4. Assess customer’s business problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of both the communications industry and company Business systems, procedures, networks, products, and services to enable effective client communications.

Presales solution architect having experience in understanding business requirements and designing solutions in the IT infrastructure domain, costing and bidding for the same to global customers
Selected candidates are expected to manage their own leads and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals along with the Sales team.

Candidate’s Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ MBA preferably with a background in computer science/ IT.
  •  3+ years of experience in the IT industry is preferable.

Desired profile:

  • Good verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Candidate should have a proactive approach, be a team player, and must be a quick learner.
  • Proficiency is required in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-oriented approach and zeal for sales.
  • Ability to regularly meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies (Hardware, Software Networking etc.) is desirable.
