Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct workshops and training programs to meet the needs of various departments.
- Create training materials such as presentations, handouts, and exercises
- Deliver training programs using a variety of methods such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. Monitor and report on the progress of trainees
- Continuously update training materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective
- Provide feedback to managers on team performance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest training techniques and technologies
- Perform administrative tasks related to training such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Commerce/ Humanities field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with training needs analysis, design, and delivery
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Freshers with a passion for employee development and a willingness to learn and grow in the role are also encouraged to apply.
