Office Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct workshops and training programs to meet the needs of various departments.
  • Create training materials such as presentations, handouts, and exercises
  • Deliver training programs using a variety of methods such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. Monitor and report on the progress of trainees
  •  Continuously update training materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective
  •  Provide feedback to managers on team performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest training techniques and technologies
  • Perform administrative tasks related to training such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Commerce/ Humanities field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with training needs analysis, design, and delivery
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Freshers with a passion for employee development and a willingness to learn and grow in the role are also encouraged to apply.
  • Should be good at Public Speaking
