Project Manager

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Project manager to manage Digital health projects.it is full-time employment, location-based out of New Delhi. The Project manager will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

Ensure projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
Manage resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
End to end project management.

Qualification and Experience:

1. 10+ years of experience in managing IT /Government Health Projects.
2. M.Tech /MCA/MBA / Master of Health Management
3. Must have experience in at least three large-scale, end to end health / IT projects with multiple phases, multiple locations, and multiple versions of the application
4. Experience in full life cycle implementation (SDLC) of at least three projects.
5. Experience in the successful implementation of at least one IT project end to end for a government department or a PSU
6. Experience in interacting with both business and technology teams
7. Has successfully managed timelines, on-budget delivery and quality of large-scale application development
8. Has a good grasp of technology and tools with the capability to give inputs on technology and tools used for development, Good design and architecture skills in the technical area.

Must have demonstrated the following Project Management skills in the past:

• Effort and timeline estimation skills
• Negotiation skills
• People Management skills
• Risk analysis and mitigation

1. Managing the change requests and change control processes
2. Has excellent understanding of Quality and Process frameworks
3. Strong written and oral communications skills.
4. Good to have digital health programs /ABDM experience
