Rights Management Protection – Enterprise Mobility Suit

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement rights management solutions, such as Azure Information Protection (AIP) or similar tools, to safeguard sensitive data.
• Develop and enforce access control policies and encryption mechanisms to protect data at rest, in transit, and during collaboration.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analysis to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in data protection measures.
• Define and implement data classification schemes and labeling policies to ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive information.
• Work closely with IT teams to integrate rights management solutions with existing systems, applications, and workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on rights management practices, policies, and tools to promote data security awareness.
• Monitor and analyze data access patterns, rights usage, and security events to identify anomalies and potential security breaches.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to data protection and rights management.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
