Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee data and records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Administer HR programs and processes, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, and employee data changes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics on employee data, turnover, recruitment, and other HR-related areas.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and collaborating with the payroll department as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies in HR operations.
  • Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements to optimize HR operations and enhance the employee experience.
