Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
- Coordinate and communicate project requirements, expectations, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and address project-related challenges.
- Review and approve project documentation, including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
- Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement.
