Job Description:

  • Responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment.
  • Should be well-versed in IT requirements.
  • Ability to communicate and persuade others to support a cause.
  • Make a cold call to passive applicants and set up an appointment.
  • Sourcing and Screening of cvs through various Sources, job portals, and social networks.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the client’s requirements.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  • Candidate must have the ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.

Required Candidate profile:

  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, organized, presentable & soft-spoken.
  • Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office
