Service Desk Engineer

Job Description:

  • Logging of user details regarding the issue and giving them a trouble ticket, providing 1st level of technical support to the End User.
  • Allocating tickets to the engineers.
  • Call logging and call closure
  • SLA management.
  • Coordination with the seniors & internal team members.
  • Maintaining report.
  • Assisting in back office operations.
  • Will be responsible for providing services to the customer.
  • Handling escalated technical issues

Job Details :

  • Routing tickets among team members
  • preparing MIS reports as per process requirement
