Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Should be well-versed in IT requirements.
- Ability to communicate and persuade others to support a cause.
- Make a cold call to passive applicants and set up an appointment.
- Sourcing and Screening of cvs through various Sources, job portals, and social networks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the client’s requirements.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Candidate must have the ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
Required Candidate profile:
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, organized, presentable & soft-spoken.
- Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation.
- Strong decision-making skills.
