Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Lead to manage, oversee, and support our inside sales representatives’ team.

  • Manage and oversee the work of the inside sales representatives’ team
  • Also, own lead target along with team
  • Manage a daily, weekly, and monthly matrix to measure and monitor performance and ensure over-achieving KPIs for self and team
  • Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representative’s performance
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines
  • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Build an open communication culture inside your team
  • Work closely with the Marketing team for different inbound and outbound campaign

Job Role:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Customer Acquisition: Convert inquiries into customers on call across India
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Do the necessary research on prospect companies, contacts as much context as necessary to have a targeted conversation.
  • Coordination of end to end Sales process from lead generation, to lead qualification
  • Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sale opportunities through outbound cold calling
  • Responsible for generating and researching the leads that they will use to prospect, for new clients
  • Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into CRM promptly
  • Basic Knowledge of Cloud Services and Cloud Managed Services.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • End to End ownership: Owning the complete sales process: Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close, and Administer

Desired Skill sets:

  • Strong Customer handling skills.
  • 5+ Years of exp in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Client Coordination experience is a must.
  • Database Management.
  • Experience in Appointment Setting and contact Discovery.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Experience in IT Sales only.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in similar roles for a Cloud service provider.
