Profile

  • Should have 3+ years Experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and any Ticketing tool
  • Technically strong in Windows environment, able to handle small teams. Able to coordinate with vendors. Good understanding of the ITIL process.

Deliverables

  • Structures the technical work of the project.
  • Provides technical leadership to team members.
  • Tickets are to be reviewed on a daily basis
  • User feedback & corrective action in case require
  • Knowledge base deployment and updation including Matrix of Team
  • Team Meetings on a regular basis
  • Handling Escalations
  • Team Training at regular intervals
  • Vendor Co-ordination when require
  • Focus on SLA
  • Manages the execution of a project plan, including quality and completion of own work while simultaneously monitoring the work of team members.
  • Inventory (Software and hardware) management of Technology Store.
  • issue of the materials after getting a proper approval form signed by technology managers. Receiving materials, that are related to Technology Stores.
  • Updating inventory record for issued and received Technology store items.
  • Managing inventory list cost center details for all desktop PCs, Printers, and IBM Compaq Servers, which is populated in the AESC-I site.
