Team Lead- Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective execution of recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire top IT talent in line with the company’s hiring needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing requirements and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for IT positions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical evaluations and cultural fit interviews, to ensure the selection of high-quality IT professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to leverage partnerships for IT hiring needs.
  • Implement and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent acquisition best practices, and apply them to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
