Video Conferencing Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video conferencing systems, hardware, and software.
  • Assist users in scheduling, setting up, and joining video conferences, both internally and externally.
  • Conduct regular testing and maintenance of video conferencing equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate video conferencing solutions with other collaboration tools and systems.
  • Monitor and resolve video conferencing issues, such as audio/video quality, network connectivity, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Manage and maintain video conferencing infrastructure, including servers, codecs, cameras, and endpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video conferencing technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  • Train and educate users on video conferencing best practices, tools, and features.
  • Document and maintain video conferencing procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and support escalations.
